Returns and Refunds
If any of the items you have received are unsuitable please return them and we will refund or exchange them. Please ensure that you do this within 10 days of your original order date. We will only accept goods that are returned provided they are in their original condition and all tags attached as supplied.
To return an item by post, print off the returns form. Click here to download a Return Form
Complete the returns form and enclose it with your returns parcel.
- Affix the pre-printed returns address label to your parcel and post it back to us. Please note that we are not responsible for the cost of returning items.
- For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a service that insures you for the value of the goods, as the items are your responsibility until they reach us.
After receipt of the item(s) we will only refund the card used for the original transaction.
Please allow 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
To exchange an item, please follow the procedure as above and we will exchange the item by return, assuming it is in stock.
In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty please contact us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt, quoting your order number, name and address, details of the item and the nature of the fault. We will also need to know whether you wish be sent a replacement or a refund.
We will advise you on how to proceed with the return.
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact us by e-mail quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product and reason for the return and we will advise you on how to proceed with the return.
